There are so many ways to express the gratitude for Indonesian, and one of it is by making Nasi Tumpeng. Therefore, to commemorate the Independence Day of Indonesia, Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center offers the Indonesian traditional food “Tumpeng Merah Putih”.

In general, tumpeng made from yellow rice, but at the moment, our Executive Chef Komang Aryana varied it with red color on top and white at the bottom as the symbol of Indonesian flag that can be enjoyed at Jempiring Restaurant for the whole month of August 2017.

“The red color on the cone itself is made from fried rice mixed with herbs and Indonesian red chilli that gives its own taste for traditional food lovers.” Said Komang Aryana as the Executive Chef at Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center.  It has 10 variety of side dishes such as tempura shrimp, sate lilit ayam, perkedel kentang (Indonesian mashed potato), black pepper beef, vegetable, sweet spicy chickens, fried noodles, Balinese cooking eggs, chicken fried sambal, and fried chicken.

“This menu is recommended for 2 pax, included 2 mocktail Sang Saka and Pudding Pejuang that can complement the moment of Independence Day, and the special one is for those who book in advance will get 17% discount.” Said Ady Suardi – Assistant Restaurant Manager at Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center.

This promotion is available in August 2017, available for lunch, dinner, In Room Dining, or take a way.
