What an interesting spectacle it is! Chef of Hibachi Voyage Restaurant that will prepare various menus for their guests will start with unique attraction. They cook while dancing and playing the cookware. Interaction with guests is also often made, so that it invites laughter. When having meals at this restaurant, guests will be introduced to the ingredients and the method of cooking.

Here guests get unique service offered by the way of Hibachi Voyage. The restaurant located in the center of Kuta tourism precisely at Jalan Raya Kerobokan 98, Kuta, merges the Japanese and American restaurant concept. It was founded by Tia as Directress and Graham as Managing Director.  

When eating at Hibachi Voyage Restaurant, customers are free to choose the menus that will be processed directly by the chef in front of them. Such a concept is relatively new and first presented in Bali where cooking food can be directly witnessed by customers. “Guests do not only enjoy the finished food. Here we give them the opportunity to watch, so they know the ingredients and how to prepare it,” said Samsul Azhari. General Manger of Hibachi Voyage Restaurant, Monday (Oct. 9).

Samsul Azhari said that in Japan the menu selection offered is limited, while in Hibachi is more varied because Hibachi usually adapts to the American-style dining. Hibachi offers the menus with processed seafood, meat, fish, salads and various other menus. Incoming guests are invited to interact with friendly chef. Then, they show off their ability through the attraction of preparing the food.

If curious, visitors may also try to cook a la chef in the restaurant. “Consumers wishing to come to Hibachi Voyage must make a reservation in advance because it only has 40 seats. We also have 4 chefs that are always ready to say hello and interact. We want to provide comfort and maintain customer privacy,” he said.

Hibachi Voyage has some prominent menus such as Wagyu Kagoshima, Omakase consisting of several items such as scallop, tuna or salmon and prawns along with salad, soup and wine. “All the menus here are halal. Here, we use sake to make sauce and fire. All the foods are still in raw condition and we cook them here in front of guests,” he explained.

The Hibachi Voyage Restaurant is open from 12:00 to 24:00. If there are guests booked surpassing 24:00, it remains to be served. “We welcome to individuals, groups or large groups,” he concluded. (BTN/015)
