Send your senses to be pampered with delicacy at Bamboo Roras Resto. Located at Jalan Kartika Plaza #92 Kuta, exactly in the lobby area of Grand Ixora Kuta Resort, this restaurant is glad to present a number of new menus.
Among the menus released, five menus are the most popular namely the Royal Duck Sambal, Chicken Kung Po, Chicken Chip the Burger, Moroccan Hot Dog and Bitcher Muesli. “Release of the new menus at Bamboo Roras All Day Dinning has become a part of our agenda. This is a form of our service,” said General Manager of Grand Ixora Kuta Resort, Budhiratmanu.
The menu options on offer pose the mainstay implementing the concept of Asian and Western cuisines. All the menus will pamper the senses of visitors with delicious a la carte menus, making a very memorable culinary experience. “Our new menus include burgers, pizzas, snacks, Indian food, Asian food and Western food that will always be prepared with a choice of fresh ingredients every day, especially for our valued guests throughout Bali,” added Budhiratmanu.
Moroccan Hot Dog
Bambu Roras is open daily serving breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30, lunch and dinner. Guests that usually having meals here are couples and families. Sometimes, there are also groups because Bambu Roras restaurant has the capacity of 60 people. “In addition to hotel guests, walk-in guests from other hotels also choose this restaurant to eat as having very strategic location, close to local beach, malls and other shopping places,” he explained.
If averaged, explained Budhiratmanu, only 30 percent of hotel guests are eating at Bambu Roras, while the remaining is walk-in guests and those from neighboring hotels and shopping places along Jalan Kartika Plaza. Lately, they were dominated by Australian and Chinese tourists. “They prefer to eat instead of drinking, but there are also guests who just are drinking after having a promenade,” he said.
The new menus specially introduced to guests have distinctive flavor. Although the names and designs are probably similar to the menus offered by other restaurants, these menus have different taste. For instance, Moroccan Hot Dog is served with merguez sausages, fattoush, mixed greens, French fries and cumin yoghurt.
Bitcher Muesli consists of granola, thick yoghurt, apple, strawberry, torched banana and coconut candied. In the meantime, Chicken Chip Burger or Chiky-chiky Burger consists of breaded chicken fillet, tomato jam, mozzarella cheese, coleslaw, mix greens, pesto dan chips. (BTN/015)
