Chef Komang Aryana was born and raised in Bali. His interest in cooking began at an early age and was influenced by culinary fondness and Bali heritage. His passion made him as an Executive Chef at Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center.

His culinary skills have earned the winner of Black Box Competition, creator of Best Sambal, and Food Truck Competition on the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th of Bali Culinary Festive. Furthermore, he is one of the best Chefs in the chain of Archipelago International Hotel to assist and support in promoting Balinese Food at some sister hotels such as Alana Solo, Aston Inn Mataram, and Crimson Hotel Cebu – Philippine.

In his spare time, Komang preferred to cook various kinds of processed seafood for his family or travel with his wife and 2 adorable sons. He is excited to explore the exotic of the famed Island of the Gods. Amongst other outdoor adventures and nature helps him balance his busy urban lifestyle. “Culinary is a trend that will continue to grow, I believe that culinary is the best way to connect people with each other.” Komang stressed.
