Gonda plants are very close to farmers’ life in Bali, especially farmers in Tabanan, right in Ole hamlet, Marga Dauh Puri, Marga subdistrict. This type of plant is actually a weed plant, but taken advantage by farmers as a daily food. It is planted on the sidelines of paddy plants (by intercropping), so it does not require a large area. Harvest time is also very short namely about 20-25 days. The color is green. It does not need to be sprayed with chemicals, so the gonda is free from chemicals. (BTN/015)
