Quality and Hygiene
In Hospitality industry good quality and
service for the sake of consumer satisfaction
is essential and cannot be negotiated. In
providing food and beverage, for instance,

Hotel provides Exotic Flavors of Griya Santrian
with the menu Fresh Seafood Charcoal Grill.
This special menu is served for dinner in
combination with the Balinese and European
style sauce according to guests’ taste.
“Having dinner at beachfront location
plus live performance becomes an attraction
of its own for our hotel,” revealed
Wayan Tamiartha, Resident Manager of Griya
Santrian.
Different from Griya Santrian serving its
seafood specialty, Puri Santrian offers
one of its favorite menus named Grouper
Herbal. This Thai dish made from fish delivers
hot flavor. “This food is strongly
spicy but it becomes one of the most favored
dinner menus by Dutch tourists. Apart from
its hot and salty taste, this food also
offers a unique kind of serving and surely
will tempt the appetite,” promoted

Santrian.
Meanwhile, Nusa Dua area, known as exclusive
resort, also presents its own distinctive
treasure of delicacy. Melia Bali Villas
& Spa Resort introduces menu choices
that are identical to Spanish fare. Gratin
Lamb Loin with Black Olives and Pistachio
Costre Dijon Potato Puree with Sweet Vine
Sauce are two choices of leading menus best
favored by adventurous diners at Melia Bali.
These lamb-based menus are deliberately
processed by a Chef from Spain so that the
typicality of its flavor remains original.
“These Spanish delicacies with unique
and scrumptious tastes are frequently requested
for several occasions such as weddings and

As if the Inna Putri Bali did not want to
ignore the exotic enchantment of Nusa Dua
Beach, it also serves the fresh Seafood
Barbeque. This delectable serving with Balinese
sauce is non-cholesterol seafood. “We
prefer to choose the grilling method for
this food to make its flavor more scrumptious,
its color more attractive and so that the
nutritional value of the seafood will not
be lost,” said the Sous-Chef of the
Inna Putri Bali, I Ketut Suweji.
Similar but different to that of Inna Putri
Bali combining the food menu with the splendor
of its beach, the Discovery Kartika Plaza
with its Teppan Noodle Restaurant provides
special Asian menus, namely teppanyaki,
sushi and sashimi with the background of
Kuta beach view. The food made from several
fresh vegetables, meats and seafood is served
in Oriental style. Visitors enjoy the food
while watching the attraction of the astute
chef on processing the food reserved. “As
soon as it’s cooked, the food is served
directly and certainly ready to taste while
waiting for the next menu. It’s a
pleasant experience to enjoy such freshly
prepared food, isn’t it?” asked

Distinctiveness of the menus on offer at
respective hotels would without doubt become
an attraction of its own to draw their consumers
