Are you a vivacious seafood foodie? Fish & Co. Restaurant offers a unique seafood dining concept. This Singaporean restaurant chain comes to bring the concept and leading seafood menus. It is conveniently located on the Kuta shoreline, precisely on the Beachwalk Kuta, Second Floor 1 # C-2.
In a press conference and gala dinner, Henky Rusli from Fish & Co. Indonesia previously had opened 11 outlets in Jakarta and Surabaya. Meanwhile, the 12th outlet located in Bali came in contrast to the previous ones. “This time, it comes with a full bar concept both indoors and outdoors. It does not only give a delight of dining, but also offers a new atmosphere like being on the quay deck,” he said.
Not only that, to complete the concept of dining on the beach, the Fish & Co. at Beachwalk Kuta also came with an intimate interior adopting a nautical atmosphere. The interior of dining area was designed by immortalizing the coastal nuance with domination of blue and white color and equipped with typical marine trinkets.
A variety of menus on offer made the Fish & Co a favorite venue for dining hangout among the seafood aficionados. The strength of Fish & Co. lay in the texture of crispy fish outside and tender inside that would be immediately creamed in the first bite. “The leading delicacy is Fish & Chips known as the best Fish & Chips in town,” said Henky accompanied by Ricky Chew from Fish & Co. Singapore and Sylvia Fatono serving as Commissioner of Fish & Co. Bali.
The menu using dory fish imported from Vietnam was fried dry and sprinkled with the leading lemon butter sauce. Then, it was served with French fries. Additionally, it also offered Seafood Platter, namely a pan containing a variety of seafood such as fish, squid, shrimp and scallops with lemon butter sauce dressed with paella rice and potatoes denoting an appropriate choice to share.
In the opening of the Bali outlet, the Fish & Co. also simultaneously introduced three new menu series including in the Fish & Chips Around The World, namely the Arctic Fish & Chips, Italian Fish & Chips and African Fish & Chips. “Previously, we have had fish and chips menu from five countries, namely Singapore, Japan, the United States, the Philippines and Indonesia. Now, we add the menu from 3 additional countries such as from Arctic in the North Pole, Italy and Africa,” he said.
The restaurant also provided menus for children along with marine cute friends. Children package provided 5 menu choices in the form of captain hook, mermaid rings, fish tales as well as pasta consisting of bow-line menu and pirate treasures. Children menu at Fish & Co. could serve as a place mat with a wide variety of games. Every purchase of children menu, customer would get fishy friends, namely doll with typical forms of marine animals. (BTN/015)
