Silence Day CuisineInspiring month to create Silence Day Cuisine in Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center, created especially for month of March as it is a special month for all Balinese and Hindunese people around the world. For appetizer, chef created “Tahu Lengko” with mixed vegetable and peanut sauce. A bit special, everyday you could taste our Traditional Roasted Duck with Sambal Matah. Hmmm…makes mouth watering, isn’t it. Then for the dessert, chef created a very famous dessert among Balinese people, it is Jaje Uli, it is made from glutinuos rice and topped with puree of fermented cassava.
