Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest, First Condotel in Bali

Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest First Condotel in BaliThe Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest, a four-star hotel located in the tourist area of Kuta has been opened. The hotel under the management of Imesco Group was officially opened by the Head of Resources Development, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Prof. Dr. I Gede Pitana, Saturday (Apr 27). At the same time, it was also inaugurated the 100 Sunset Hotel 2 and Sunset Ballroom equally managed by the Imesco Group. Such inauguration was attended by Chairman of Swiss-Belhotel International, Gavin M. Faull and Senior Vice President for Operations and Development of Swiss-Belhotel International, Emmanuel Guillard.

The hotel offers an exclusive residential condominium with a condotel concept as the first of its kind on the Bali Island designed in a 4-star hotel. Built on the area of 3,835 square meters with 161 contemporary designed and fully equipped guestrooms, it has been completed with all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge and bar, indoor and outdoor coffee shop, multi-function hall, pre-function space and meeting rooms.
Besides, the hotel also has the other facilities such as business center, fitness center, swimming pool complete with pool bar and pool deck as well as spa with special facilities so as to create a memorable impression. The accommodation facility applying the concept of condominium hotel and back to nature highly appreciates the beauty of nature outlined in the interior and exterior design with modern luxurious nuance putting emphasis on green and thick tropical accent.

Eddy Sutrisno, CEO of the Imesco Group, after the inauguration said that his party was excited by the presence of the two-star hotels and the classy function hall. The presence of the two hotels and a function hall had met the needs for time efficiency and convenience of location for business, leisure, domestic and foreign travelers. “We hope to enliven the Bali tourism industry that continues to grow and compete in a positive direction,” he said.
