Celebrate the lunar Year of the Horse with auspicious feast at the Starz Diner Restaurant. The hearty festive dinner features sumptuous buffet spread of BBQ Duck, Roast Pork Ribs, Whole Pig on a Spit, Steamed Sea bass and the traditional Lo Hei. Lo Hei is often served as part of a multi-dish dinner, usually as the appetizer to symbolize "good luck" for the New Year. Enjoy strips of raw fish, mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments, where each ingredient symbolized wishes, such as Fish for abundance throughout the year, Green Radish for eternal youth. The Lo Hei will then mixed and tossed together using chopstick while saying auspicious well wishes out loud to bring in good luck, it is also believed that the higher you toss, the greater your fortunes will be, this tradition is called Lo Hei or “prosperity toss”.
