The Ascott Limited (Ascott) in collaboration with Military Region Health Division of the IX/Udayana carried out booster vaccinations in the tourism sector, including residents for the Bali area exclusively. The activity took place at HARRIS Hotel & Residences Sunset Road Bali to encourage an accelerated booster vaccination program. “The booster vaccination is intended for people aged 18 years and over with the condition that they have received a complete dose of vaccination or 2 injections and a minimum of 6 months after the injection of the second doses,” said Cluster General Manager of Ascott Indonesia, Nyoman Wirayasa, recently.
This third dose of vaccination is one of the government’s measures in efforts to strengthen economic recovery which has been carried out since 2021. The more tourism industry players who get this booster vaccine, of course the activities will become more flexible, the industry will continuously move, and the economy will not only recover, but also grow higher. “We invite all tourism players, including the surrounding community, and all Ascott Hotels employees in Bali who have not yet received a booster. We as tourism players hope that the pandemic will end soon and all employees have been fully vaccinated in accordance with the government program and are ready to carry out activities according to the applicable health protocols,” he said.
