To enliven the AM Festival event initiated by PHM Hotels every year, FRii Bali Echo Beach holds a “Cooking Class” activity at the Seaduction Rooftop Bar & Restaurant during October to November every Saturday starting at 10:00 Local Time. In accordance with the theme of this year’s AM Festival, the food served is made in the form of Balinese specialties such as Sate Lilit, Lawar and many more which will be introduced by Chef Dedy during a demonstration for the cooking class.
Guests who have booked for a cooking class will experience a complete journey, from selecting the freshest ingredients at local markets to cooking up some of Bali’s most popular dishes. The day starts early at 07:00 with breakfast at Seaduction Rooftop Bar & Resto. “Short trip is made to Canggu traditional market with our chef, where guests can experience the atmosphere and sounds of a busy market. Our chef will share his knowledge about the local ingredients that you choose to be used during the cooking class,” said Marketing Manager of FRii Bali Echo Beach, Muhammad Arifai, recently.
After being back to hotel, guests are taken to prepare the cooking class. During the class, our chef will share his insights on how to prepare and cook some of the local favorite and authentic Balinese dishes. Having rolled up the sleeves, guests start cutting. At the end, guests enjoy their delicious Indonesian dishes after having been prepared at Seaduction Rooftop Bar & Resto overlooking the Echo Beach. (BTN/015)
