During the pandemic, hotel occupancy rates have not been maximized. On that account, the management of Grand Inna Bali Beach (GIBB), Inna Bali Beach Garden, and Inna Bali Beach Resort in the Sanur area optimizes employee activities by organizing mutual cooperation. The community service is routinely carried out every day on a scheduled basis in the hotel area. The mutual cooperation is to clean up and re-maintain the entire hotel area, both interior and exterior in the gardens and beaches along the hotel area.
The mutual cooperation held some time ago was attended by the Director of Operations of PT Hotel Indonesia-Natour (Persero), Seno Andhikawanto. His presence, accompanied by the General Manager (GM) of Grand Inna Bali Beach, Inna Bali Beach Garden, Inna Bali Beach Resort ING Ardhana, gave encouragement to the employees on duty at that time. “We remind them to always maintain health, and continuously apply the health protocols which is mandatory to use masks, wash hands or use hand sanitizers, and maintain distance,” he reminded.
According to Seno Andhikawanto, health and cleanliness begins from oneself. “All employees must also maintain cleanliness in the surrounding environment, especially the work area, so that the hotel always looks clean, beautiful and shiny, that finally beautifies the environment and provides a comfortable atmosphere, especially for guests in particular and all employees while on duty. This mutual cooperation activity, of course, can foster a sense of togetherness and brotherhood among employees and management during the pandemic like today,” he said.
Meanwhile, Ardhana stated that the community service activity within the hotel area of almost 42 hectares will still implement health protocols. “We arrange and schedule according to the area carried out with full responsibility by each department, so that it is ensured that hotel facilities remain clean and ready to welcome guests staying at our hotel,” he added.
