Responding to these developments and demands, recently Grand Inna Bali Beach conducted a service improvement training for all employees called “Orientation HIG & Service Excellence.” This activity was attended by 328 employees from all departments divided into four days. The activity was centered in the Agung Room, Rama Sita Room, and then continued with team building activities at the Pendawa Open Stage. “The instructor for the Orientation HIG & Service Excellence activity is the Corporate Training Manager of Hotel Indonesia Group, Yodi Sunjoyoputro,” she explained.

This training is an integral part of the efforts of the management of Grand Inna Bali Beach to stimulate the spirit and potential of every employee. It is meant to remind the values ​​of CARES as “Brand Personalities” consisting of Compassionate, Agile, Reliable, Elegant, Sincere, as well as CARES as “Brand Promises” consisting of Committed, Achieve, Responsive, Empowers, and Seeks opportunities.”“With this training, we hope that all employees can improve their performance and productivity, and be able to improve their knowledge, abilities, and attitudes, so they can provide the best services for guests,” she hoped.

One of the most important things from the training activity is to continuously apply strict and disciplined health protocols, namely using masks, washing hands or using hand sanitizers, and maintaining distance for the safety, comfort, and health of all participants. “Implementation of this health protocol is important, so that there are no new clusters,” concluded Lully Juliarina enthusiastically.
