Hotel NEO Denpasar Offers a Variety of Unique Coffees

During the Covid-19 pandemic, almost all space for movement is limited, especially for traveling. However, do not despair because Hotel NEO Denpasar tries to rack our brain by bringing some dishes from Vietnam and Italy to treat the longing for traveling. “We try to present a Vietnamese Coffee & Affogato menu. At present, coffee is indeed the target of people because of its unique taste and suitable as a friend at work or school,” said General Manager, I Gusti Ngurah Tisna, recently.

Indeed, coffee serving has become a universal menu and can be enjoyed by many people in various activities. “Actually, in the first place, why wishing to try selling this type of coffee is because I personally really like coffee. Best enjoyed as a medium for chatting and gathering with friends. On that account, we try to bring in these two drink menus from Vietnam and Italy. Hopefully, it can also treat the feeling of longing for traveling to that country and the Denpasar area market will also like it,” he hoped.

At the hotel, located at Jalan Gatot Subroto Barat, Padangsambian Kaja, West Denpasar, Denpasar, these two types of coffee are indeed very special. Both new menus come from Italy and Vietnam, where both of which have a sweet, bitter and creamy taste. Affogato is a coffee-based dessert where a combination of Vanilla Ice Cream or Gelato and Espresso Shot makes this menu the right mix of hot, cold, sweet and bitter.

The next menu is Vietnamese Coffee, where this unique coffee comes from Vietnam just as the name suggests. The way of making it is also unique, where the way the coffee is made using a Vietnamese Drip Filter. The coffee is mixed with hot water and the coffee will drip slowly onto the sweetened condensed milk in the glass. After all the coffee drips, it is then stirred and mixed into a glass that already contains ice cubes, and it is better enjoyed cold.

Vietnamese Coffee has a taste that tends to be sweet, creamy with a bit of bitterness from coffee. “For our prices, we do not set at too high price so that we can compete against other competitors, each coffee is priced at IDR 25,000 net. We hope that we can attract customers in this area who want to swim and enjoy our coffee,” said I Gusti Ngurah Tisna. (BTN/015)
