Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach presents a new Japanese and International food for delivery services targeting local foodies and expats in Bali. From the Japanese culinary team at the Nagisa Izakaya Dining Experience, four authentic tasting foods now complement the initial line of menus such as sushi rolls, donburi and bento. This new selection features delectable creations such as Yakisoba & Yakiudon Bento and Yakitori Bento from its famous robatayaking kitchen, and Spicy Chicken Wing Karaage, a popular dish in Japan with a spicy addition to its appetizing.
Meanwhile, at Giorgio Italian Ristorante Pizzeria, guests will be pampered with six variations of the international menu that are different from the traditional Italian menu previously served. This new taste explores the culinary delights of the eastern hemisphere with several unique menus such as Beef Loc Lac (Angus beef stir-fried with a special blend of black pepper), Grilled Fish with Raw Condiment, Kaeng Phed Ped Yang (Thai spicy duck curry), Seafood Black Pepper and Vegetarian Rolled Eggplant for guests who prefer meat-free dishes.
In line with the hotel’s commitment, the new recipes presented this time take advantage of local products which do not only reduce the carbon footprint in procurement, but also help the welfare of local communities in Bali. The hotel also packs delivery food in eco-friendly wrappers made of bagasse and kraft paper having been standardized as safe for food. “In the future, there will be more similar concepts in our menu development as we continuously strive to be in harmony with nature without sacrificing the best quality for our loyal customers,” said I Wayan Sudira, Executive Chef of Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach.
