Having successfully held the Giving for Good event last September, Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is now presenting Pink October, a special campaign of concern for the community with breast cancer held during this October. The program in collaboration with Bali Pink Ribbon, a social foundation focuses on education and dissemination programs on breast cancer risk awareness.

Pink October is held as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach. “The goal is to support women’s awareness in anticipating and fighting the risk of breast cancer through several fundraising activities,” said General Manager, Jean Heliere.

The fundraising activities included an art and fashion exhibition featuring two inspiring female artists, Ni Nyoman Sani and Ami Zijta on October 12-31, a yoga class and an auction session held on October 23, where the funds raised will be donated to support breast cancer awareness dissemination activities.

The peak event of Pink October is held on October 23 filled out with several activities including yoga classes by certified female yoga instructors, talk shows with Ni Nyoman Sani and Ami Zijta and representatives of the Bali Pink Ribbon. There is also an auction for vouchers to stay at IHG properties in Indonesia. With tickets priced at IDR 100,000 per person including fresh drinks, participants can not only enjoy these activities but also help others, especially women in need.

The safety and well-being of guests is of utmost importance and that is why Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach has taken advantage of the IHG Clean Promise. Following the Covid-19 pandemic, the resort has implemented new hygiene and social distancing procedures, above and beyond standard hotel protocols and in line with government and public health standards.
