Pramana Natura Offers Exotic Beauty of Nusa Penida

Nusa Penida is getting more and more attractive. Foreign and domestic tourists on vacation to the Island of the Gods definitely take their time to explore the small island in the southeast of Bali. Along with the hectic visits, new tourist accommodation continues to grow to enliven the destination. For example, Pramana Experience, a professional company engaged in managing tourist accommodation, opened its newest property in Nusa Penida, named Pramana Natura Nusa Penida, Monday (Apr 17).

Pramana Natura Nusa Penida is a resort designed in the luxury category, located at Sakti Village, Nusa Penida, Klungkung, posing the fourteenth property managed by Pramana Experience. Pramana Natura has been built since October 2019 and now is ready to operate in April 2023 to serve tourists traveling on Nusa Penida Island. “The large number of tourists’ interest in experiencing the sensation of staying on the island has brought Pramana its own optimism to manage a resort on this island,” said CEO of Pramana Experience, Nyoman Sudirgayusa.

Nusa Penida is visited by around 12,000 tourists per day. Meanwhile, prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, tourist visits to Nusa Penida were around 30,000 per day, most of whom were Chinese tourists. Therefore, the target market for this resort is tourists from the upper to middle class, so as not to kill the pre-existing local micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). “We will carry out promotions with more emphasis on Europe, Australia and several other countries,” he said happily.

Pramana Natura Nusa Penida is very strategically located so it makes it easier for tourists to enjoy various destinations on this beautiful island. The resort presents a beautiful view directly facing the waters of Bali. Facilities are also very complete, such as swimming pool, spa, chapel and yoga shala. “With views of the sunset in the evening, the resort with a capacity of 32 rooms is designed to be very elegant and luxurious for guests wishing to sleep on an island with luxury but still blend with nature,” said the man from Klungkung.

This five-star plus-star boutique style resort concept will attract European tourists for a vacation to Nusa Penida. “The development of tourism in Bali, including in the three Nusa Islands, has progressed, including in infrastructure development and there have been several national scale projects having been successfully built, one of which is a port. Then, from a tourism perspective, Nusa Penida is very attractive, from marine biota to emerging tourist objects,” added Sudirgayusa.

The owner of Pramana Natura Nusa Penida, Agus Setiawan, admitted that investing in Nusa Penida is due to the factors of tourist visits which are quite busy as well as natural beauty and the ease of the licensing process in Klungkung District. “The beauty of the scenery offered by its destinations is second to none. I have traveled around Indonesia, including Eastern Indonesia, but Nusa Penida is number one for me. Nature and culture support being open in all respects,” he said.

Nusa Penida Island itself was originally known as an island where a universal Hindu temple stood firm and became a place of worship for all Hindus on the Island of Bali. Along with the rise of publications exposing its natural beauty, this largest of the three islands is becoming increasingly attractive to tourists to visit. Kelingking Beach, Atuh Beach, Angel Billabong, Broken Beach, Tembeling and Crystal Bay are the most visited tourist spots in Nusa Penida because of their popularity. The presence of manta rays in the waters of Nusa Penida is another attraction becoming a great interest to domestic and foreign divers.

Meanwhile, Regent of Klungkung, I Nyoman Suwirta, when inaugurating Pramana Natura Nusa Penida stated that Nusa Penida received eight national policy concessions on the outer islands, Special Tourism Areas (KKP) and others, so many investors came to Nusa Penida. “With the development of the resort, it shows that it is comfortable to invest. My message to investors in Nusa Penida, follow the rules that apply and protect nature, don’t throw waste into the sea,” he said. (BTN/015)
