The determination was marked with the handover of the Four-Star Hotel Certificate from the Tourism Business Certification Institute (LSUP) PT QIS Certi Indonesia represented by Putu Tirta Yasa and received by General Manager of SenS Hotel & Spa, Ubud, Sven Remo, and witnessed by the management and hotel employees, not long ago.

A rigorous audit process includes a physical inspection of the hotel building and its facilities. This includes hotel compliance and conformity with the guidelines and procedures set by the government, quality assurance of guest services, implementation of work safety, cleanliness and sanitation, departmental productivity and standard systems, as well as the competence of staff in the hospitality sector.
