SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta Receives CHSE Certification

It happens because the cool accommodation located on Jalan Jukut Paku, Singakerta Village, Gianyar District, has proved its readiness in implementing health protocols, including keeping the environment clean and healthy. “Since domestic tourism was opened, and Bali has lived the New Era of Bali life order (New Normal) by implementing a health protocol, we at SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta have also implemented it,” admitted General Manager, I Nyoman Prabawa, on Wednesday (Dec. 9).

Seriousness in carrying out all of the protocols, SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta also passed the verification of Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE). This 4-star hotel received CHSE certification from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (MTCE) of the Republic of Indonesia. “We are ready to welcome returning guests to a safe, healthy and comfortable environment for the upcoming holiday trip. We are sure that the implementation of strict health protocols can increase the confidence of tourists wishing to visit a tourist destination,” he said.

Nyoman Prabawa further added that SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta is indeed committed to providing a more comfortable and safe environment for guests. On that account, the accommodation offering a village atmosphere has successfully passed the CHSE audit conducted by Sucofindo vendor appointed by the MTCE with a perfect score of 100. “Reception of this certificate shows that SereS Springs has implemented several new protocols to ensure the implementation of strict hygiene standards,” said this creative man.

In addition to preparing a place to wash hands, hand sanitizer and always maintaining cleanliness with disinfectants, he also includes put some signage to always remind guests to adopt a clean lifestyle. Hotel staff is trained to do contactless service, social distancing and procedures for wearing masks monitored every day to ensure 100 percent health and cleanliness before serving guests. In the aspect of environmental sustainability, SereS Springs has implemented a green concept in the energy saving campaign, where one of which is that the air conditioner in the hotel room will automatically turn off every time the balcony door is opened.

The Waste Management System has been implemented by providing separate waste compartments to separate types of waste such as plastic, organic, paper, used cooking oil, including hazardous and toxic materials. SereS Springs works closely with vendors to take care of trash and in the Waste Treatment Plant and Laundry Sewage Treatment Plant as well as SereS Springs uses wastewater to maintain landscapes and gardens. “SereS Springs also conducts regular laboratory checks to monitor the quality of its waste water,” concluded Prabawa.
