Terrace Sanur Restaurant held a Wine Pairing Dinner on Friday, August 26, 2022 starts at 19.00 hrs featuring Hatten Wines and elaborate menu curated by the Hotel Chef. “A savoury wine pairing dinner is carefully presented to enrich the culinary journey of gourmets with Grand Chef from Terrace Sanur THE 1O1 Bali Oasis Sanur joining Executive Chef Jay from The Royal Purnama to create a welcome menu and appetizer as well as for the second and third entrees. Dessert by Chef Agus Paris of Ubud Sunset Pool Bar,” said Arini Dewi as Marketing Communication Executive, THE 1O1 Bali Oasis Sanur.
The exclusive dinner started with White Sangria paired with Scallop Amuse-Bouche followed by a brief welcome from the General Manager of THE 1O1 Bali Oasis Sanur, Nyoman Astika and the three musketeers chefs, Agung, Jay and Agus Paris. The first appetizer consist of Foie Gras paired with a Traditional Chardonnay Bruth. The second appetizer consist of a Yellow Fin Tuna Roll with Pinot Grigio as a refreshing treat that went well with the appetizer.
Main course options are Short Rib Red Wine Sauce paired with Sauvignon Blanc or Pan Seared Salmon Burreblanc Sauce paired with the Cabernet Merlot both menu pairs are delightful combination. Dessert was Passion Fruit Curd paired with Pino De Bali. The evening was enlivened with live music.
