The certificate is very important because it can provide a sense of security to every tourist who will stay. “We also offer special packages to customers, but not package of clearance sales. Incoming guests to the hotel must wash their hands, and then check their body temperature to ensure their health condition. They are usually very aware because of already wearing masks. Nevertheless, the hotel still prepares masks in the lobby if a guest forgets to wear it. “Guests are usually aware of wearing masks and washing their hands. Nevertheless, we still remind them through the officers and appeal in writing because health protocol is very important in today’s era,” said Agung Eka.

Awareness of the implementation of health protocol is also carried out by hotel staff and employees. What tourists do is also applied to hotel employees as an effort to create a sense of security together. The advantage is that the employees equip themselves with personal protective equipment (PPE) in the form of face shield and hand gloves. Therefore, since the hotel opened again, there have been guests, but not many. “Our market is local. So, during this pandemic, we are not stuttering to serve domestic tourists,” he said.

Visitors who stay overnight are mostly Denpasar City residents who want to celebrate holidays with their family at hotel.
