The Patra Bali Resort & Villas, the Candidate of SOE CSR Award Recipient

The Patra Bali Resort & Villas is a candidate of the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) CSR Award recipient. This was revealed after the SOE CSR Award Committee visited The Patra Bali Resort & Villas to hold an interview and confirm related to PT Patra Jasa’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities conducted in the business unit of The Patra Bali Resort & Villas Hotel within a year.

“The interview and the visit of the SOE CSR Award Committee Team were held in the Wantilan Room,” said General Manager Suwardi accompanied by Chairman of the CSR Team / Quality Assurance Manager, Kadek Dewi Wirati, on Monday (Oct. 19).

As one of the SOE subsidiaries, PT Patra Jasa always applies CSR principles that refer to ISO 26000 which interprets social responsibility as the responsibility of an organization for the impact of its decisions and activities on society and the environment through transparent and ethical behavior in all Patra Jasa business units. “As part of the company’s responsibility to society, PT Patra Jasa through its business line Patra Hotels & Resorts, namely The Patra Bali Resort & Villas, routinely implements CSR programs every year. This is to create a harmonious relationship between the company and the community,” he said.

The scope of CSR activities having been carried out includes education, health, the environment, community empowerment, public facilities and infrastructure as well as in the religious field. This social activity is not only to get an assessment from the community or survey institutions, but also an expression of gratitude from the company for its achievements during its operation. CSR activities in 2019 included environmental programs, empowerment of the surrounding community, assistance for the community as well as education & training, environment and culture. “Through this CSR activity, it is hoped to help the community’s economy and have a positive impact on the surrounding environment,” concluded Suwardi.
