The Seventh Anniversary of The Sankara Resort & Spa

The condition of tourism has been paralyzed due to the pandemic, but the spirit to rise is always growing. Such spirit was created at the seventh anniversary celebration of The Sankara Resort & Spa by Pramana celebrated on Saturday (Apr 17). The staff and employees looked cheerful and carried out tourism activities having become their profession.

“This pandemic teaches many things, a new awakening era to always be able to progress for the better. The determination to never give up has become the basic foundation to be able to go through any difficult times, where currently the pandemic is still ongoing,” said Resort Manager, I Wayan Parka, on Wednesday (Apr 21).

Parka emphasized that retreating is not an option, but going forward is an obligation to be always together in joy and sorrow. The Balinese ancestors called it segilik seguluk sebayantaka paras paros sarpanaya by continuously innovating tirelessly through the slogan of “GILA standing for Genuine, Innovative, Learning & Action” to continuously come out as the winner or known as CHAMP. Therefore, the moment to celebrate the seventh anniversary of The Sankara Resort & Spa by Pramana, which this year carries the theme the Sankara Champ,” he said excitedly.

The seventh anniversary moment is a day that is highly anticipated as a form of achievement on a long journey in the world of hospitality. All program activities are still based on the principles of Tri Hita Karana, namely Parhyangan, Pawongan and Palemahan. “We started from the program of praying together at Melanting and Pulaki Temple, purificatory rite at Tirta Empul, togetherness programs at Keramas Beach and Cleaning Blitz in the area around the resort to the highlight of the event packed in the warmth of a simple event. We filled it with various competitions, got talent, music and ate together as a form of unity as Champ Team,” he explained.

As a form of commitment to improving services, The Sankara Resort, known to guests who have stayed here, has distributed gift vouchers and special offers to lucky guests having the opportunity to enjoy the sensation of traditional Balinese massage at the Radha spa.

In addition, there are vouchers to enjoy special dishes at The Kumbuh Restaurant for free which are valid until the end of May 2021. “Management continuously strive to improve services and share happiness for the entire team and guests as gratitude on this 7-year journey. So the greeting, ‘Welcome to our Home at The Sankara Resort & Spa’ will be continuously attached to anyone who goes to The Sankara Resort & Spa by Pramana,” added Parka excitedly.

The resort located on Jalan Cempaka, Banjar Kumbuh, Mas Village, Ubud, Gianyar, offers complete accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool.
