Villa Kayu Raja Receives CHSE Certification from MTCE

Staying overnight in a safe place is important. Moreover, the atmosphere is comfortable and offers complete facilities along with quality services, it is even more important. To provide a sense of comfort for tourists, we do not only maximize services, but also carry out the New Era of Bali life order by implementing very strict health protocols,” said General Manager Gede Sukarta on Wednesday (Dec. 2).

Villa Kayu Raja is one of the accommodations that managed to get a perfect score in the CHSE audit by achieving the score of 100 percent. This CHSE audit is a program from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy carried out by Sucofindo, which includes cleanliness, health, security as well as environmental sustainability in all hotel areas. This also includes the implementation and application of the Covid-19 Health Protocol, so as to increase the trust of guests whether they are organizing events or staying overnight. “We have implemented health protocols by preparing a place to wash hands, hand sanitizer as well as measure the body temperature of guests and employees who are going to the villa,” added Nik Sukarta who is also Chairman of the BVA.

They all become stricter after having got CHSE certificate. This villa with superior staff and employees does not only maintain the safety of its guests, but also he himself always maintains health. It includes equipping one’s self with personal protective equipment in serving guests.

To maintain physical distancing, in the lobby and restaurant area, it has been put up a spacer sign. Walls and strategic places are also put up with an appeal to always implement health protocols in accordance with government instructions.  “We always provide understanding for every employee who will serve guests. Likewise, we maintain the cleanliness of the villa environment by carrying out regular cleanup mutual assistance, including in the area of ​​the villa,” he explained.

Villa Kayu Raja indeed has a very strategic location because of being close to places to eat and shopping malls. Modern rooms at Villa Kayu Raja have a semi-open living area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Each room is also equipped with a 42-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player. The private bathroom includes a spa bath and shower facilities. “We also provide free shuttle service with application of health protocols and free recreational facilities.
